FM4442 Secure Memory Card is one of the most popular "Smart Memory Cards" in the world.  This chip includes an intelligent 256-Byte EEPROM with Write Protect Function and Programmable Security Code (PSC). 

FM4442 is the memory card chip developed by Our company.. This chip uses 0.6µm CMOS EEPROM process, has 256×8 Bits EEPROM with write protect fuction and programmable security code. With its contact configuration in accordance to ISO standard 7816 (sychronous transmission), FM4442 can be widely used in different types of IC menory cards.
