  Integrated Circuit (IC) cards form the most important product line of  Microelectronics. Using the self-owned design technologies of MCU core, E2PROM and others, Microelectronics has developed a variety of memory cards, CPU cards and contactless cards.
These products have been successfully used in applications of personal identification, access control, transportation, medical insurance, etc.
Chips are our core product, but we also provide complete smartcards and accessories. We do our best to fulfill our customers' needs.

FM4428 is the memory card chip developed by our company. This chip uses 0.6µm CMOS EEPROM process,has 1K×8Bit EEPROM with write protect fuction and programmable security code, its contact configuration is in accordance to ISO standard 7816 (Sychronous Transmission), FM4428 can be widely used in different types of IC menory cards
